Dane Kurzenberger, Shop Foreman, ASE Certified Master Technician

Originally from the Black Hills of South Dakota, Dane and his wife Carly moved to Colorado to enjoy hiking, camping, and frisbee golf in the Rocky Mountains. They also really enjoy live music shows all along the front range. As an ASE-certified automotive technician, Dane performs engine diagnostic work and is also proficient at drivability, steering, suspension and alignments. Dane takes great pride in his work and is our shop foreman.

Christopher Willey, ASE Certified Technician

Hailing from Nebraska, Christopher (known as “Willey”) has moved around the Midwest and North East United States. He arrived at our shop as a great friend of Dane’s, and with several years of technician and management experience. He takes great pride in “doing the right thing.” When not working on cars, Willey enjoys video games and computers, as well as music festivals. He enjoys bumping car audio and has been known to beatbox his way around the shop.

Faye Shelhamer, Automotive Technician

Faye is the newest addition to our team, joining All Tech Automotive in May 2024. Raised in California, Faye moved to Colorado with her family in 2019. An accomplished chef with a passion for working on cars, she graduated from Front Range Community College in 2024 with a degree in Automotive Technology. She enjoys working on her 2005 Subaru WRX. When not working on cars, she enjoys gaming, chilling with friends, and outdoor activities.

Chris Miller, Customer Service Specialist

Chris brings a strong background in the automotive industry to our team, holding an Associate Degree in Automotive from Front Range Community College. His experience spans multiple areas— including porter, technician, and parts sales—giving him a well-rounded understanding of both vehicles and customer needs. A Loveland resident, Chris enjoys life with his wife, Amanda. Outside of work, he’s passionate about Japanese cars (with a special love for Subaru) and has a unique talent for billiards, specializing in trick shots.

Zabrina Maxwell, Service Advisor

Zabrina grew up under the hood of Ford vehicles and has owned more than a few Mustangs along the way, fueling a lifelong love for all things automotive. She earned her degree in Interior Architecture and Design from Colorado State University, blending creativity with technical problem-solving. Outside of work, she’s a full-blown gym rat, an avid snowboarder, and a skydiving enthusiast who’s happiest chasing adrenaline. She also has a growing collection of Vans shoes, a style she fell in love with after seeing Brian O’Conner wear them in Fast & Furious 6.

Meet The Auto Repair Experts Ready To Serve You!

pat 01

Pat Schnaidt, Shop Owner

Pat and his wife Kathy purchased the All Tech Automotive Repair business in 2015, as the perfect intersection of Pat’s loves of cars, business, and customer service. When not actively engaged in running the shop, they spend their time with their 5 children and 8 grandchildren. In his free time, Pat enjoys late 60s muscle cars and is (constantly) working on a 1967 Chevelle and a 1971 4×4 Chevrolet pickup. He enjoys the great outdoors of Colorado and activities ranging from motorcycling to soccer to snowshoeing.

Kathy Schnaidt, Shop Owner

In many ways, Kathy’s role in the shop is supporting Pat’s dreams. Actively employed at UC Health as a Quality Care Coordinator, Kathy recently celebrated her 15-year anniversary there. Prior to that, she was a nurse and a coder at the Fort Collins Youth Clinic, having received her Registered Nursing degree from Front Range Community College. Her favorite pastime is being Nana to her eight grandchildren, sharing her love of gardening, cooking, and caring for barnyard critters (a horse, two donkeys, 9 chickens and two lovable barn cats)!

Margo Sullivan, All Tech Automotive General, Manager

A third-generation “car girl,” Margo carries on her family’s automotive legacy that began when her grandfather opened Lloyd’s Service Station in midtown Fort Collins in the 1960s. She grew up writing service for her father, Roger, and uncle, Rod, at that same shop, where they specialized in general repairs, machine work, and alignments. With that hands-on experience, Margo knows what it takes to keep a shop running smoothly—and she brings that same dedication to ensuring our customers understand how to keep their vehicles safe and reliable on the road.

Jeannine “Pinky” Wylie, Bookkeeper

Originally from Texas, Jeannine joined our team in 2025 as our bookkeeper. She keeps the business in line, making sure our bills and employees are paid, and our taxes are filed. Pink is her favorite color as evidenced by her beautiful pink Jeep Wrangler (you might spot it in the parking lot); her home office even has pink accent walls! Jeannine loves Disney and holds season tickets to the park in California. She is also very crafty – you might notice knitted items, wall hangings, gnomes, and (gasp!) voodoo dolls around the office!

Diesel, Shop Dog

Diesel is our chocolate lab mutt, shop dog and mascot. A rescue, he is originally from New Mexico where not much is known about his early life. He came to us in May 2023, when he was fostered by a friend and looking for a home. While he is good with customers (especially kids) and also good at boosting morale, his two true loves are eating and playing fetch. On warm days he prefers fetching balls from lakes and ponds, typically entering them at full speed with all four paws in the air!

Ghost, Shop Dog

Ghost is a gentle soul with a quiet charm. Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, he may be a little shy at first, but his sweet nature shines through to everyone who meets him. He finds joy in the simple things—especially his beloved stuffed carrot—and spends his days perfecting the art of the nap. To his family, he’s more than just a dog—he’s the bestest boy, deeply loved and cherished for his calm spirit and loyal heart. (Ok just kidding – he’s at the shop because he destroys the house if you leave him at home!)

Outside of work, Monica is passionate about animals and adventures, sharing these interests with her daughter Bella. In their spare time, you’ll find them embarking on road trips, exploring historic and archaeological sites, involved in the equestrian world and spending time with their dogs and horses.
