I love their transparency, fairness in price, and hospitality! As a younger female, I expect to get up-sold or the run-around whenever I pick my vehicle up from a shop. I received the best hospitality at this shop. They addressed me by my name, introduced me to each mechanic that worked on my vehicle, and SHOWED ME exactly what they noticed during their inspection, which I really appreciate. I also paid exactly what I anticipated prior to bringing my vehicle in (which was a very fair price). Additionally, after I left, they sent me a digital quote of their findings and level of urgency. Everything on the quote was on there were things that they mentioned previously so no surprises. If you are shopping around for a reliable and trustworthy auto shop, consider this one!

The people at performance tune auto are so warm and welcoming. Not to mention, the prices for their services are unbeatable. I honestly couldn't ask for more during at an uncertain time like this. Thank you for being a ray of much-needed light in our community.

If I could rate this joint 100 stars I WOULD. The folks who work here are amazingly kind hearted and hard working people. They squeezed me in their busy schedule and gave me an amazing price for a headlight bulb replacement with some rewiring. I will never go somewhere else for my car services. Can’t recommend these folks enough!

I am so glad Performance Auto was recommended when I had an ignition problem with my 2002 Tacoma. I had tried other shops in town and it seemed no one could figure out what the problem was. The techs at Performance found the problem and corrected it for me the first time I had it looked at there. I continue to be impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. I think Performance Auto is a well-kept secret that doesn't need to be kept any longer!

We’ve sent them a Chevy Astro , a Saturn SW2, a Ford Exploder, a Chrysler Pacifica, a Dodge Caravan, and this last trip a Mercedes C320.
