I am a woman, who knows little about what makes my car run, but does expect it to when I turn the key. From the greeting area to the completion of the work my car needed, I could not have been more pleased. You have a great competent staff, I felt warm and welcome, and my car seems to be running great. You have a sign somewhere in your office that says something like "we'll keep your car running as long as you want it to". I want mine to run when I can't anymore. When it dies, I hope I do too. They make recommendations for future service needs but are always honest about what is immediately needed and minor repairs that can wait. I trust them completely.
