I'm able to text them "yes" do that or "why do you suggest this?" or "not right now" and they honor that quickly. I trust these guys.

Brought my 2009 RAV4 into maztech due to engine light. Their staff fit my vehicle into the schedule, diagnosed it quickly & fixed my engine light. The oil change mechanic forgot to reset my oil change notification at the last oil change. Thanks to Maztech, I was sent on my way after they reset the light. I have been taking my cars to Maztech for 20 years for care repairs and they have always kept me informed about my vehicle - honest about what repairs are actually needed immediately and what repairs I have time to budget for in the near future. Chuck & his crew go out of their way to help educate me regarding any necessary repairs. I highly recommend their repair shop.

These guys are great! I lost my long time mechanic about a year ago and have been so satisfied with the level of service, communication and no hidden fees. James is very knowledgeable and awesome to work with over the phone. I’ve brought my older VW diesel, my Ford and my Nissan in and always had a quality experience. It’s really nice to find my go to mechanic for all my families auto needs. Thanks guys!

From the front to the shop everyone is very efficient and friendly and since I have started having my vehicles maintained here they are telling me what former techs should have! Best shop in town!
