It truly is a family owned business and that sense of family can be felt in every part of their operation. Everyone there is a mechanic and knows cars and how to trouble shoot an issue. From the front desk to the cleanest automotive shop we have ever seen, their very capable staff guided us through each step necessary to get our Vue back in shape. Getting work done on your car can be a traumatic experience especially when it comes to cost. The Maztech crew gave us the most value for my dollar through the entire process. I am so glad I started going to them because now when I hear a noise in some part of my car that used to put a knot in my stomach I know I have a mechanic to go to who I can really trust. The staff, Jody and Michelle were amazing. With unexpected high costs at a bad time, they helped me get through to a warranty company and found that I had 3 days left due to an extension to help cover my costs. They did all the ground work as I couldn’t get through. They also delivered my truck, Chuck did all the way to MCR, to me as I had to work and had no way to get it when finished. As a nurse this helped in tough times. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

I received the best customer service compared to many other automotive businesses I have visited before. I called them and explained was going on and they had given me an estimate quote right away and had availability for me that very next morning. I had many questions and Jeff was very kind and generous to answer all of my questions in a timely and professional matter. He had also offered me a loaner vehicle free of charge while mine was being worked on. If he would have never brought it up, I would have never known there was such thing or even asked for one. That was extremely helpful! When I arrived, not even a step into the place they already knew who I was and what they would be working on. They fixed my car up in that day and my AC is now working properly and my puppy is very much happy now as well as myself. I also get worried that automotive places will fix things that I hadn't asked for even when I know I would need it but isn't super necessary in the moment and afterwards Jeff went over it all with me not as a sales pitch but just letting me know whats going on with my car and what I need to get fixed for the near future and such. I had also met the owner as I walked in and he was very kind and caring for his employees and his customers. I highly recommend Performance Tune Auto Repair and show support for your local businesses!!
