Pat Schnaidt | All Tech Automotive

Pat Schnaidt, Shop Owner

Pat and his wife Kathy purchased the All Tech Automotive Automotive Repair business in 2015, as the perfect intersection of Pat's loves of cars, business, and customer service. When not actively engaged in running the shop, they spend their time with their 5 children and 8 grandchildren. In his free time, Pat enjoys late 60's muscle cars and is (constantly) working on a 1967 Chevelle and a 1971 4x4 Chevrolet pickup. He enjoys the great outdoors of Colorado and activities ranging from motorcycling to soccer to snowshoeing.

Kathy Schnaidt | All Tech Automotive

Kathy Schnaidt, Shop Owner

In many ways, Kathy’s role in the shop is supporting Pat’s dreams. Actively employed at UC Health as a Quality Care Coordinator, Kathy recently celebrated her 15-year anniversary there. Prior to that she was a nurse and a coder at the Fort Collins Youth Clinic, having received her Registered Nursing degree from Front Range Community College. Her favorite pass time is being Nana to her eight grandchildren, sharing her love of gardening, cooking, and caring for barnyard critters (a horse, two donkeys, 9 chickens and two lovable barn cats)!

Ashley Ortiz | All Tech Automotive

Ashley Ortiz, Office Manager and Bookkeeper

Ashley is our financial wizard and keeps the business in line, making sure our bills and employees are paid, and our taxes are filed. Don’t let her bright smile fool you; she can bring stern swift justice when necessary! She is the proud mama of two children; Brycen is a wrestler and football player attending Fossil Ridge HS and Illiana who is a bit shy but has her mom’s great smile! Ashley is also an advocate for necessary change and improvement, making sure our processes and systems stay relevant with ever-changing technology.

Diesel | All Tech Automotive

Diesel, Shop Dog

Diesel is our chocolate lab shop dog and mascot. A rescue, he is originally from New Mexico where not much is known about his early life. He came to us in May 2023, when he was fostered by a friend and looking for a home. While he is good with customers (especially kids) and also good at boosting morale, his two true loves are eating and playing fetch. On warm days he prefers fetching balls from lakes and ponds, typically entering them at full speed with all four paws in the air!

Monica Sigona | All Tech Automotive

Monica Sigona, Marketing Manager

Monica, hailing from California, brings experience from her background in the automotive industry. Currently with Overdryve Inc. and having worked with Snap On Tools and Kukui, she also has an extensive history in marketing management making her instrumental in highlighting All Tech Automotive's excellence! Outside of work, Monica is passionate about animals and adventures, sharing these interests with her daughter Bella. In their spare time, you'll find them embarking on road trips, exploring historic and archaeological sites, involved in the equestrian world and spending time with their dogs and horses.

Michelle Meek | All Tech Automotive

Michelle Meek, General Manager and Lead Service Advisor

Hailing from Kentucky, Michelle and her husband Steve (who drives BIG trucks) live just East of Fort Collins. Together they have five children and six grandchildren. Michelle enjoys numbers and also loves people. She proudly wears the title of “shop mama” because she not only takes care of all of our technicians, but our customers as well. She listens to your concerns on intake, and makes certain the work is dispatched to the proper technician for diagnosis and repair.

Nick Wolhar | All Tech Automotive

Nick Wolhar, ASE-Certified Master Technician

Living in Colorado since the age of 6, Nick is a bonafide car guy. He has been in the industry for 20+ years and enjoys attending car shows with the 1956 Dodge pickup that has been in his family for decades. Nick and his brothers also ride motorcycles. Nick resides in LaPorte with his wife Laura. Nick has a strong mechanical aptitude and enjoys doing things right the first time. If there is something technical going on, Nick is a great one to ask to explain it to you!

Trip Renner | All Tech Automotive

Trip Renner, ASE-Certified Technician

Trip has a background in both automotive parts delivery as well as retail parts store management prior to becoming a technician, and he is dedicated to building a career in the automotive industry. He and his wife Emy were recently married and reside in Fort Collins. When he’s not maintaining and repairing cars, you might find him pursuing his other love as a guitarist and lead vocalist for his rock metal band “No Fauna” – catch them on Fort Collin’s live music scene!

Tommy Low | All Tech Automotive

Tommy Low, Automotive Technician

Hailing from California, Tommy grew up in the automotive industry, riding in tow trucks with his father from the age of three. That background has allowed Tommy a broad understanding of automotive technology, from carburetors to laptop tuning, on a wide range of vehicles including hybrids and diesel pickups. He’s a strong team player, interested in the personal development of others as well as himself. When he’s not under a customer’s hood, Tommy appreciates Colorado for its mountain biking and hiking adventure sports.

Dane Kurzenberger | All Tech Automotive

Dane Kurzenberger, Shop Foreman, ASE Certified Master Technician

Originally from the Black Hills of South Dakota, Dane and his wife Carly moved to Colorado to enjoy hiking, camping, and frisbee golf in the Rocky Mountains. They also really enjoy live music shows all along the front range. As an ASE-certified automotive technician, Dane performs engine diagnostic work and is also proficient at drivability, steering, suspension and alignments. Dane takes great pride in his work and is our shop foreman.

Christopher Willey | All Tech Automotive

Christopher Willey, ASE Certified Technician

Hailing from Nebraska, Christopher (known as “Willey”) has moved around the Midwest and North East United States. He arrived at our shop as a great friend of Dane’s, and with several years of technician and management experience. He takes great pride in “doing the right thing.” When not working on cars, Willey enjoys video games and computers, as well as music festivals. He enjoys bumping car audio and has been known to beatbox his way around the shop.

Faye Shelhamer | All Tech Automotive

Faye Shelhamer, Automotive Technician

Faye is the newest addition to our team, and joined All Tech Automotive in May 2024. Raised in California, Faye moved to Colorado in 2019 with her family. An accomplished chef, her passion is working on cars and she graduated from Front Range Community College in 2024 with a degree in Automotive Technology. She enjoys working on her 2005 Subaru WRX. When not working on cars, she enjoys gaming and chilling with friends, and outdoor activities.

Margo Schmidt | All Tech Automotive

Margo Sullivan, Customer Service Specialist

A third-generation car girl, Margo's grandfather opened Lloyd's Service Station in mid-town Fort Collins in the 1960s. Her father Roger and uncle Rod still operate in that location today. As a customer service advisor and parts specialist, Margo not only sources the best quality and affordable parts for your needed repairs, she advises you on which repairs are highest priority and why. Breaking news - Margo and her fiancé Colin are engaged to be married in the Fall of 2022!

Michael Southworth | All Tech Automotive

Michael Southworth, Customer Service Specialist

The newest member of the All Tech Automotive team, Michael Southworth is a 20-year veteran of the automotive industry with skills in service advising, business development, and shop management. He listens to understand your concerns and problems on intake, and makes certain the work is dispatched to the proper technician for diagnosis and repair. Michael holds an associate's degree from the Denver Automotive and Diesel College, now known as the Lincoln College of Technology. He and his wife Margie have two lovely daughters, enjoy classic rock music and dining out (especially hamburgers!) along the front range of northern Colorado.
