I have had some bad experiences with different garages and this one was beginning to go south as well. The service tech had shared with me the problem they had run into and what were my options. He was curtious and confident and when all was said and done they were able to get me running without any major repairs. I appreciated there no pressure approach but also liked the fact they informed me of what will be needing service next or in the future. My next car appointment will be done there.
