Performance Auto is by far the best auto shop I have been to. Whenever I have any issues I just call up Jeff and he is able to get me in asap. I really appreciate that I get more than just a sheet of paper, rather I get talked through the issue so that I can make an informed decision. Plus I hat dropped of and picked up from wherever no questions asked!

After rotten luck with cars for years, I thought I had found The One. A really nice 1998 Buick Regal GSC with about 62 k on the odometer. I had been driving it for a couple weeks when my infamous luck kicked in — the A/C blend door had shorted and it was blowing hot air on me. It also had a disconcerting rattle that had been going on since I got behind the wheel. At the recommendation from my parents, I took it to the fine folks at MazTech. They told me the A/C would be no sweat — the rattling was a bad sign, though. They were straightforward with me and let me know the supercharger on the engine was malfunctioning and could have resulted in a catastrophic failure of the engine if left unchecked. They went out of the way to make sure they found a good replacement part at a decent price (since they don’t make them new anymore), and gave this vehicle the equipment it needs to run properly. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results, and I will certainly be taking my Regal back any time it needs some TLC (or anything else, for that matter)!

I was able to get my car inspected and fixed within 24 hours of calling and everything was completely free of charge. Pat offered great customer service and even brought me back to my place while the car was being worked on. Definitely my best experience with an auto repair shop!

We had an RV mishap at a gas station near Horsetooth Reservoir. We couldn’t drive without removing some of the damage from our vehicle, so we’re stranded there . Pat drove out personally with a ladder and figured out how to make our RV safe to drive. He quickly removed the damaged parts. Then he stuck around to help us stow the damaged parts. Throughout the experience. he was amazingly professional and helpful. He even helped cheer up the kids, who were a little shaken up by the accident. Fantastic service from start to finish. We can’t recommend Performance Tuning highly enough.
