It's above and beyond customer service. They always strive to work with you as best they can and always show great consideration for each and every circumstance. They remember who you are from the first time you walk in. They're prices are far more reasonable than any shop I've gone to. Ex. My radiator needed replaced with a fluid flush and Firestone tried charging me $800. I went to Maztech and I was out the door with a new radiator and flush for $235. Plus they let you bring your own parts rather than force you to buy theirs. As a bonus, their two dogs they bring to the office are adorable.

We have had Performance Tune repair and maintain our vehicles for many years and have always experienced excellent service! Response times are great, and communication is clear and now done through a web-based application via text or email where technician notes are stored, photos of the work being done are provided, and customer approvals are requested on all parts or services before the work is done. We have two modified Jeep Wranglers and do a bit of offroading, so we have pretty high standards and need our vehicles to perform very well in the backcountry. We have always been very pleased with Performance Tune's ability to keep our vehicles running reliably and safely as needed!
