I love their transparency, fairness in price, and hospitality! As a younger female, I expect to get up-sold or the run-around whenever I pick my vehicle up from a shop. I received the best hospitality at this shop. They addressed me by my name, introduced me to each mechanic that worked on my vehicle, and SHOWED ME exactly what they noticed during their inspection, which I really appreciate. I also paid exactly what I anticipated prior to bringing my vehicle in (which was a very fair price). Additionally, after I left, they sent me a digital quote of their findings and level of urgency. Everything on the quote was on there were things that they mentioned previously so no surprises. If you are shopping around for a reliable and trustworthy auto shop, consider this one!

The people at performance tune auto are so warm and welcoming. Not to mention, the prices for their services are unbeatable. I honestly couldn't ask for more during at an uncertain time like this. Thank you for being a ray of much-needed light in our community.

If I could rate this joint 100 stars I WOULD. The folks who work here are amazingly kind hearted and hard working people. They squeezed me in their busy schedule and gave me an amazing price for a headlight bulb replacement with some rewiring. I will never go somewhere else for my car services. Can’t recommend these folks enough!

I am so glad Performance Auto was recommended when I had an ignition problem with my 2002 Tacoma. I had tried other shops in town and it seemed no one could figure out what the problem was. The techs at Performance found the problem and corrected it for me the first time I had it looked at there. I continue to be impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. I think Performance Auto is a well-kept secret that doesn't need to be kept any longer!

I received the best customer service compared to many other automotive businesses I have visited before. I called them and explained was going on and they had given me an estimate quote right away and had availability for me that very next morning. I had many questions and Jeff was very kind and generous to answer all of my questions in a timely and professional matter. He had also offered me a loaner vehicle free of charge while mine was being worked on. If he would have never brought it up, I would have never known there was such thing or even asked for one. That was extremely helpful! When I arrived, not even a step into the place they already knew who I was and what they would be working on. They fixed my car up in that day and my AC is now working properly and my puppy is very much happy now as well as myself. I also get worried that automotive places will fix things that I hadn't asked for even when I know I would need it but isn't super necessary in the moment and afterwards Jeff went over it all with me not as a sales pitch but just letting me know whats going on with my car and what I need to get fixed for the near future and such. I had also met the owner as I walked in and he was very kind and caring for his employees and his customers. Excellent trustworthy team and awesome service!

After receiving a suggestion from another mechanic, my coworker suggested I have someone else confirm. I called Performance Tune Auto Repair and they offered to come pick up my car that afternoon. They let me know that in fact the previously suggested CV Joint replacement was not needed, but my car did need new tires. They offered to take my car and get new tires on it and then complete the alignment before returning it to me. Jeff was great and provided thorough communication throughout the entire process. I appreciate a company that is not trying to take advantage of someone that doesn't know everything about cars. I can't begin to explain how easy they made the process during COVID, with a single vehicle and children to care for. I will be a permanent customer! I appreciate the online portal that you can see their diagnosis and potential future repairs you'll need to keep in mind.

Absolutely wonderful experience today at this location!! I would like to personally thank Jeff, Rick, and Kyle for their work and professionalism. I could tell that they really cared about me, my safety and the health of my vehicle. I took my "new" used vehicle in for their very reasonably priced spring maintenance special and Jeff took the time to talk with me about the history of my specific vehicle and general facts about the model. They even helped me diagnose an odd sound coming from my exhaust system and personally showed me what the issue was. Completely satisfied, I will be back!!
