Performance tune was the best! They worked hard to get to the root of my car’s problem and didn’t pressure me at all. Jeff was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. I will be going to him for all my auto needs as long as I’m in Fort Collins.

I have taken my 1995 Ford F150 to Performance Tune twice in the last 4 months and they have been phenomenal! For me, what separates them from other shops is actually taking the time to find the root cause of problems. Their mechanics are top notch! D is a wizard! I appreciate the staffs patience and taking the time to address all my questions and concerns. They made sure I understood the problems, solution options and costs before proceeding with the work. Their pricing is fair and reasonable. My truck is mechanically sound now! Thank you, Performance Tune!!

We have taken all of our vehicles to Performance Tune for several years now and have never been disappointed. Pat and his team are not only friendly and hospitable, they don't pressure you at all. They have started a great new system which sends an update to your phone giving you the time to read about what the recommended maintenance repairs are, what the price will be, and how soon that repair should happen, before you give them the go ahead on anything. As a woman, I have often felt talked down to or oversold on repairs at other shops in the past, but Performance Tune has been nothing but honest, respectful, and fair. I refer them to everyone I know!

Overall excellent

Car wouldn't start. I did not know the cause. The pros at Performance tune checked the car out and had it running better than ever. They did a great job and did exactly what was needed. I have taken my vehicles there before and will again when needed. They are honest, polite and friendly and got me back on the road.

Felt like I was at home here and dealing with honest folks. Purchased a car and took a cross country trip and wanted to make sure car was in order. They got me in right away and treated me like family. Replaced a small item. Reasonably priced and friendly. I will keep their info as our college student will be back in the Fall, and I trust them here for keeping him safe in his car. Thank you, and we made it the 2,000 miles safely!

This shop has be awesome to work with. Thanks to Jeff and Dane for being the most professinal, friendly and knowledgeable mechanics I've dealt with. Jeff is alway accurate, explains the inspection throurally and gives honest input. Its nice knowing your can trust your mechanics. I highly reccommed them to anyone!

I love their transparency, fairness in price, and hospitality! As a younger female, I expect to get up-sold or the run-around whenever I pick my vehicle up from a shop. I received the best hospitality at this shop. They addressed me by my name, introduced me to each mechanic that worked on my vehicle and SHOWED ME exactly what they noticed during their inspection, which I really appreciate. I also paid exactly what I anticipated prior to bringing my vehicle in (which was a very fair price). Additionally, after I left, they sent me a digital quote of their findings and level of urgency. Everything on the quote was on there were things that they mentioned previously so no surprises. If you are shopping around for a reliable and trust-worthy auto shop, consider this one!
