I'm a car guy, but I've been coming to MazTech/All-Tech for years for most of my car repair needs when I don't have the time, tools, or skill to do it. I brought my Mazdaspeed6 in to replace the thermostat and have an oil change, as well as install new hi beams and trunk lid struts I'd purchased and simply not gotten around to. As usual, I didn't get any flim-flam, the tech pointed out a few things that were needed (to be declared as-is for sale) and did a couple minor things at no charge after checking with me (including talking about the check engine light, cuz I have a OBD2 code reader). The staff are friendly, knowledgeable about engine codes and particularly about Mazdas and Subarus, and I will continue to do business with All-Tech as I have for years, as it's hard to find a good mechanic who is also affordable (plenty of others that are neither!). I got out of the shop for less than I spent at the vet's office the day before for two dogs, so that's always nice too. In the past, they've also given me a courtesy ride back to work or simply given me a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced. That's another nice amenity you don't often see in independent shops, in my experience.
