I met the owner (Pat) through a networking group and decided to give them a try when my car needed an oil change. Friendly, fast and saved me at least $20 off what I usually pay for oil changes! It's close to where I work, less expensive and quality service makes me a customer for life!

I've been a customer here for 3 years. They do a decent job. Once, though, I have been told that my vehicle "needed brakes soon". 2 years later I had another mechanic check them out and at that time they looked great... needed only minor work. Then, at another visit I was told that on my next visit I would need my transmission fluid flushed and changed. When that next visit rolled around I checked my owner's manual, only to discover that my car nvr needs trans fluid changed! Seriously?! And they're supposed to be Mazda experts? I feel they are trying to sell me services I don't need. The final straw is that they have given all of my service records to Car Fax! Now I am receiving emails from Car Fax on service records, recommendations, etc. If I sell my car, EVERYONE can view my scheduled services. I dont know how they decided it would be smart to share MY info with a 3rd party. Not smart. I asked them to undo it. Im still receiving emails from Car Fax. Mazdatech, YOU'RE FIRED!

Hi Patty, my name is Chuck and I am the owner of MazTech. I assure you that I hold myself and my employees to the highest level of Honesty and Integrity. I looked at all the history on your vehicle and the Technician that was changing your oil did not have authorization to pull wheels and do a proper inspection. He looked through the wheels and from that angle they looked thin. It appears we were incorrect but on the same page if we had been able to do a proper brake inspection we would have exact measurements. We would never put new brakes on if a vehicle did not need them. As far as the transmission goes, NEVER is a long time. Does this make you question why the manufacturer does not have a lifetime warranty. You are probably safe for now but if you sell the car the 2nd owner may experience it differently. We recommend transmission flushes as a preventative maintenance to help not have transmission failure. I suggest you talk to a Transmission Specialist on how they feel about this. We managed to get your name, vehicle, and email pulled from Carfax but beware other shops use Carfax. We apologize for that, it was not intentional, our new software system is equipped with Carfax and it was on an automatic setting. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I will always remember the days of "If Your Happy Tell Others and If Your Not Tell Us."

I have used MazTech for over 10 years. I first went to them when I had a check engine light on due to a head gasket going out - I had been to several other places who charged me money but never fixed the root cause. MazTech was able to diagnose and fix the issues and I have trusted them with my car since. I highly recommend them.

We took our commercial van in for an oil change. The mechanics looked over everything, topped off fluids besides doing the require oil change, and fixed a bolt on the drivers side door! Everyone is very friendly and easy to work with at Alltech. Thanks for taking care of us, Alltech.

I brought my car in with very little notice to diagnose a check engine light and a "limp mode" condition (after a bad battery jump /advice by a roadside assistance "professional"). In a little under 24 hours they had diagnosed my problem and had completed the fix (replace blown fuses/new battery). Did not over charge for the diagnostic or repair. Professional, courteous and very helpful. Will be back again, (especially as it's within walking distance of my home!)
