We came to All Tech on recommendation of a local auto dealership. Soon as I walked in the door I was greeted like family. The folks there are very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to diagnose our problem and gave us a very detailed explanation of what was going on and what it would take to fix it. They also worked hard to make certain our issue would be covered by our warranty. Thank you so very much for all you do and we will definitely be back. Nice to find a place we can put our trust in during these times.

They diagnosed and fixed in a few days a problem I've been trying to fix myself for months. So quite happy overall. That said the communication left a little to be desired. I prefer a phone call to a text message when discussing the diagnosis and repair options.

Next time just let us know you would like a phone call instead of the digital inspection, diagnosis and estimate.
