They diagnosed and fixed in a few days a problem I've been trying to fix myself for months. So quite happy overall. That said the communication left a little to be desired. I prefer a phone call to a text message when discussing the diagnosis and repair options.

This day and age has just brought the technology and software that we use to a new level. We understand that it is not to everyone's liking and it was a big adjustment for us as well.
