All Tech is an honest family owned mechanic. Every staff member I interacted with at All Tech East was friendly and knowledgable and kept me up to date with my vehicle's status as often as possible. I was given a loaner car while they were working on mine. Would definitely return to them to have work done again

I had what I thought was some really serious issues with my Jeep. All Tech was able to get me in promptly, explained what I could expect, and even gave me a loaner car! (Really? This was a huge bonus!). I received text messages and emails every step of the way and a complete breakdown of the diagnosis. The diagnostic sheet allowed me to accept or decline which services I wanted to have done, inclusive of cost for each service suggested. I’m a single woman, I do know a bit about cars, but my biggest fear is feeling like, they “see a naive woman coming”, and sometimes and to be taken advantage of. Never once did I feel that way. Communication is key to me, I received this, and wonderful workmanship as well. I’m back in the road again. Thank you Margo, Chris and Pat. I will continue to recommend you guys! Great job!
