Low-balled an estimate over the phone that got me in the door and then the estimate came back double--all because he didn't look up the cost of the part--before quoting me. This incompetence causes my family to be without a car for weeks now. Then was patronizing, rude and not customer-service focused. He literally pulled up the definition of "estimate" on the computer and tried to read it to me. Would he have done that a man? Doubt it.

We didn’t end up having work done here. There was a small disagreement and the mechanic went out of his way to call to apologize and make things right. I found this exceptional and will consider All Tech in the future.

My 1967 Mustang needed a replacement radiator. These jobs always include unforeseen issues. Cody found the parts and Nick did an excellent job of installing, he is a great mechanic. In a time when some shops are not accepting to work on older vehicles, Pat and his crew are truly there for you and your collector car. Joe
