Excellent, speedy and honest assessments

All Tech has been reliable and trustworth, professional and friendly always. Today when I was stranded without a car they brought it to me! It is a real relief to have found a mechanic shop that I can stick with.

Low-balled an estimate over the phone that got me in the door and then the estimate came back double--all because he didn't look up the cost of the part--before quoting me. This incompetence causes my family to be without a car for weeks now. Then was patronizing, rude and not customer-service focused. He literally pulled up the definition of "estimate" on the computer and tried to read it to me. Would he have done that a man? Doubt it.

We didn’t end up having work done here. There was a small disagreement and the mechanic went out of his way to call to apologize and make things right. I found this exceptional and will consider All Tech in the future.

Hi Maureen, Again we apologize for the not-so-great experience, the first time you visited our shop. We know we are not perfect (i.e. we will make mistakes), and we also realize we may not be the best fit for everyone, as we all have different needs and perspectives. My 1967 Mustang needed a replacement radiator. These jobs always include unforeseen issues. Cody found the parts and Nick did an excellent job of installing, he is a great mechanic. In a time when some shops are not accepting to work on older vehicles, Pat and his crew are truly there for you and your collector car. Joe
