Was told $512 to drop my transmission pan on my Ford and replace filter/fluid that was the exact price. Only to get called back 5 minutes later to be told the real actual price was $800+. Crooks!!! Would never go here again!!!

And that really shows that the business does truly care about their customers."

Louis is right - we tripped over ourselves and an outdated policy. I have spoken to Louis and subsequently held a shop review with technicians and advisors; today we put in place an updated policy. On the bright side, we did properly diagnose and fix Louis's truck, the first time. We are not perfect; we do listen and we do our best to run a good business. We appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve.

Great service from honest mechanics who know Jeeps better than anyone! They not only identified issues with my car, but numerous times they had found something that the Jeep dealership should have fixed or corrected under warranty. Exceptional service and transparency, you won't find a better Jeep mechanic!
