Thank you for the 5 star review. We know it is hard when all of a sudden your vehicle won't start and you have to get it towed in. We are happy that we were able to find the fuel pump problem on your 2003 Ford Explorer Sport Trac pretty quickly and get you back on the road. After rotten luck with cars for years, I thought I had found The One. A really nice 1998 Buick Regal GSC with about 62 k on the odometer. I had been driving it for a couple weeks when my infamous luck kicked in — the A/C blend door had shorted and it was blowing hot air on me. It also had a disconcerting rattle that had been going on since I got behind the wheel. At the recommendation from my parents, I took it to the fine folks at MazTech. They told me the A/C would be no sweat — the rattling was a bad sign, though. They were straightforward with me and let me know the supercharger on the engine was malfunctioning and could have resulted in a catastrophic failure of the engine if left unchecked. They went out of the way to make sure they found a good replacement part at a decent price (since they don’t make them new anymore), and gave this vehicle the equipment it needs to run properly. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results, and I will certainly be taking my Regal back any time it needs some TLC (or anything else, for that matter)!

I made a appointment for 830 am a week before hand they just had to put fluids in and check wires I I called 5 hours later they said the were just looking at it why schedule appointments if you are not doing the work right away like I said the appointment was made a week in advance

Christi, we apologize that we did not convey up front, that the electrical issue on your vehicle could take longer than expected. Whoever put the motor in your vehicle left quite a mess that we did not know about until our technician really started getting into it. Your vehicle may still have issues in the future until enough time is given to fix everything properly.
