Dropped the truck off at 8am, told them I’d return at 3pm. They had my vehicle as a Forerunner, not a Tacoma, so had to change in system. Got a text 20 minutes before pickup that recommended additional services like air filter etc. with no time to stay later had to leave and will now have to get the additional services done in a separate appt. Won’t be at Performance Tune though that’s for sure.
Briggs, I apologize if your visit to our shop did not meet your expectations. As the owner of the shop I am there five days a week and would be happy to speak to you personally about it. I would like to clarify two things here: 1) we are not a quick lube shop and 2) we are not an upsell shop. Our records indicate that we performed the service(s) you requested and were done before the requested completion time. The additional services recommended were just that, a recommendation, and could be considered on your next visit here or anywhere else.
