I was impressed with how caring all the employees are. I was able to look at the car on the hoist and see what the mechanic was seeing and understand what needed to be done to fix the problem. I received an itemized estimate and was able to decide what I wanted them to do without feeling pressured. They were very accommodating to my circumstances and I greatly appreciate the way they do business. When my car needs service this is where I will go!

I love the online scheduling and communication Performance Tune Auto uses. They will let me know via text/email the services they recommend, I can think about it for a bit and accept or decline the service. It's convenient and takes pressure off of me, who is not a car savy person. Additionally, the front office is always friendly and helpful. We're grateful we've found Performance.

We were bringing in our vehicles to Performance Tune for work needed to be done. They seemed really nice and fair. However, there were some issues with finishing out their work and putting things back together. This wasn't an issue as we addressed them and they fixed it immediately. The big issue we had was when we brought in a new vehicle with low miles and they quoted us over 3000 for suspension parts and the work. This seemed excessive so we sent the quote over to another shop that was recommended to us and they had a much lower quote. We took it to that shop and they told us that none of those parts needed to be changed, we just needed new tires and an alignment.

Great company that has serviced many of my vehicle so far. Very trustworthy and competent. They care about the people they do service for and their local community.
