One of the things that I look for in any business/customer relationship is communication. There's nothing more frustrating than not knowing what is going on. Everyone as Maztech made sure this wasn't an issue for me. There communication is excellent. I received a couple of calls just to let me know what the status was, instead of letting me wait and wonder. Even Voodoo the shop dog came in to check on me in the waiting room. They also manages to squeeze in a lot of work that needed to be done is a short amount of time. My jeep runs smooth as silk now. Very happy.
