My appointment for an oil change on Tuesday, June 11, was for 7:30 a.m. and when I made the appointment, I told the person I talked to that I wanted to wait for the car. I arrived promptly at 7:30 a.m. but the service was not completed until 8:50 a.m. which I thought was a too long for an oil change.
