This team is the best! James and Jeff are super personable, kind, and straight-forward. I love Performance Tune's digital assessment platform - while my car is at their shop, they are diagnosing, making recommendations and documenting their findings with photographs and details, with quotes up front for me to access in real time. I'm able to text them "yes" do that or "why do you suggest this?" or "not right now" and they honor that quickly. I trust these guys.

These guys are great! I lost my long time mechanic about a year ago and have been so satisfied with the level of service, communication and no hidden fees. James is very knowledgeable and awesome to work with over the phone. I’ve brought my older VW diesel, my Ford and my Nissan in and always had a quality experience.
