This was the single best customer-to-automotive experience I've ever had. I was able to make an appointment online. Michelle reached out to me via email to confirm the date and time, which is highly preferred given my schedule and when I went in, I was quickly greeted and treated courteously by everyone I saw. I stayed while my vehicle was being worked on and when it was almost done, Michelle came and introduced herself to tell me what the findings were during the inspection. Since I recently moved here from out of state, I have not had experience with other outfits, but I couldn't imagine anyone beating their service and straightforwardness. After my visit, I got an emailed inspection with a detailed review of what they found with my vehicle, including photos and specific notations of what is good, what will need work in the future and what needs more immediate action. Extraordinarily professional and down to earth, I'm glad to have found the right place on my first try. :)

My husband, mom, twin 6 year olds, and infant were here visiting from Indiana. Our A/C went out days before a few 90 degree days. Thinking about getting our infant around in a hot car seat without A/C was stressing me out a bit. (Not to mention a 16 hour drive home) We went to a local Ford dealership and were turned away with no help, other then send us here to you guys! Not only did you agree to take a look, you gave us a courtesy vehicle that allowed us to take our previously planned trip to Rocky Mountain National Park. Our vacation wasn’t disrupted at all. Then, come to find out, the price was LESS than quoted… this has never happened to us! The reason why - you guys called around to get us the best deal on parts. If it was too expensive at one place, you called another. Thank you so much for taking us in, giving us a vehicle, and fixing our A/C for less than quoted! It was like we had family out here doing us a big favor and helping us to enjoy our trip! Thank you SO much! We highly recommend anyone coming to you guys!
