Pat and the team at Performace Tune Auto Repair go above and beyond to do the right thing for their customers and not nickel and dime them. A replacement passenger mirror for my 2009 Lincoln cost me $300 here vs. $1,500 at the ford dealership! AND thhey take the time to do it right and make sure you're aware of the status of your vehicle every step of the way. Great place with honest people!

Dropped the truck off at 8am, told them I’d return at 3pm. They had my vehicle as a Forerunner, not a Tacoma, so had to change in system. Got a text 20 minutes before pickup that recommended additional services like air filter etc. with no time to stay later had to leave and will now have to get the additional services done in a separate appt. Won’t be at Performance Tune though that’s for sure.

If you want trusted and honest service that won’t require a second opinion, go here!! My partner and I have been having trouble with his vehicle and we took it here for a full diagnostic. Turns out, there were LOADS of problems that were looked over by the dealership and previous service providers and the layout of their service is so easy to use. It’s very low pressure and you can choose which services and charges to approve before you pick up. You’re able to think over decisions instead of being pressured right away and then regretting it later. They have honest technicians that take care of your vehicle and your concerns. We are coming here for ALL of our auto needs from now on.

I have been bringing my vehicle to Pat's place for 6+ months. Pat's level of integrity supersedes any auto shop I’ve been to over the years. The customer service is top notch with service managers who have the level of expertise needed to explain things. You also get a very detailed report of repair items completed and estimates with the ability to accept or decline. This shop goes out of its way to make sure you are informed, interacted with in a friendly manner, and that you leave with the confidence that you and your car were honestly handled.

Wow... don't even know where to begin! Not only did Pat and his team help us immediately when my car had an issue but they figured out a problem that two other mechanics told me wasn't an issue. It turns out the rattling noise I was continuously hearing was NOT all in my head!
