This is the only shop in town I trust. I am a car guy and never like letting other people work on my cars but I have full faith in Michael, Margo, Dane, and the whole team. Pat the owner is awesome too. They have put up with my odd requests - fixed things I broke and didn't have the right tools for, and were INVALUABLE to an insurance situation I dealt with on a stolen vehicle. Couldn't recommend them enough.

The folks at Performance are friendly, professional and their work is first-rate. As they say, they're car guys and they know their way around under the hood.

Do not go here, they quoted me over $4800 in power steering repairs - I took it to another shop and they said I had some minor leak and minor issues but nothing that needs to be fixed right now.

Great experience with my first time here, I will use them again

Took my 2011 Prius in for diagnostic analysis on brake issues. They came up with the same recommendation as the Toyota dealership shop in town but were able to explain the problems and why these parts needed to be replaced. They used Toyota OEM parts and did the work at considerably less cost than I was quoted at the dealership. The work was done in a timely manner and on schedule. I will take my Prius back there for service.

They’re the best. Never recommending stuff you don’t need, friendly, grateful for the business, on time, straight shooters. 13 years with them now.

I have taken a few of my vehicles that I’ve owned to performance auto tune. What I like most about them is that they make your situation personal to them. I am a college student and do not have a lot of money. I recently brought in my Honda pilot to get a full inspection as it’s old, has been sitting for a long time, and I have no previous known history of the vehicle. Not only did I get a FULL report (with pictures and notes) but was able to talk to someone for 30 min on the phone about everything on the list; about repair options, breaking down cost analysis, feeling comfortable to ask all the questions I needed to ask even if I need them to explain more than once. They knew my name and my situation every time I’ve called, even included a separate report for my dad (who he remembered by name) to look at if he had questions. The reports they send are easy to approve over the phone and are not easy to “accidentally” approve (You have to sign your name before approval). I like going here because they make me feel like I matter and I’ve never had a bad experience. They are professional, personal, experienced, and helpful.
