Amy and Michelle are wonderful. The technician/s were very patient and thorough. Appreciated the service updates and honesty with the scope of work and charges. Even with Chuck, the former owner, retired, I still received the same high level of service, friendliness, and workmanship I was accustomed to. Knowing the owners via the Fort Collins Chamber of Commerce was the primary reason I chose to bring in my Tacoma. But I've also had numerous other recommendations that vouched for the quality of work and it really helped my comfort level prior to scheduling a service.
