The team came highly recommended by an auto broker in town. I was a little hesitant at first because I've had bad experiences with mechanics in the past, but that quickly went away when I started talking with the team. The first time I went in, they took me into the back where they were working on my vehicle and explained everything that was happening with it. They were incredibly generous with their time and in the end didn't charge me for that time because of the situation I was in. I didn't get any work done then, but have since gone back many times with my vehicles for oil changes and general repairs. They are always willing to take the time to educate me when I want and they're always happy to take on challenging problems. The only complaint that I have is that they sometimes don't charge enough for their work. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

I had a coupon for a regular oil change and even though my car uses synthetic, the coupon was honored. They mentioned my tires needed to be rotated and I paid for that too.
