Friendly people, took my car in and they communicated pretty well which I appreciated.

First time at this shop. Staff was friendly and courteous to work with, concerns were met.

I had an emergency situation and even though Maz-tech was fully booked they were able to make a quick call to another shop and get me helped out quickly. If that's not great customer service, I don't know what is.

I have used Maztech for over 20 years and have always appreciated their honesty and quality of service. This is an amazing family run business from the sweet grandaughter Charlie who runs the front desk to the owner, Chuck, who has always taken the time to answer all of my questions! I dealt with the service manager, Mark, who made sure that I was completley satisfied with my transmission rebuild, which I definitely was. And last but not least, Brian, who performed the excellent work on my Tacoma. My truck was like new when I got it back. Brian takes great pride in his work and makes sure that you get things back clean and complete. Thanks MazTech for the excellent work!

Great customer service!

We have been with our man Chuck and his integral staff nigh on 15 years. This place is the pinnacle of excellence. I trust that they have no motive beyond providing the best course of action at a fair price. I recommended them to any and all folks with whom I speak. Would that all tradespersons had this level of honesty and integrity. Know acception. Peace.
