Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify or diagnose issues
- Complete repairs, replacements, or adjustments on various components including steering and suspension, air conditioning, engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
- Perform maintenance operations such as oil changes, inspections, tire rotations, and fluid services
- Utilize diagnostic tools to accurately troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Work safely and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Maintain a clean work area
Requirements:
- Valid and insurable driver’s license
- 2+ years of professional automotive experience
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and shop information systems (e.g., Mitchell, Identifix, Alldata)
- Strong communication skills and solid understanding of automotive systems
- Own basic tools (specialty shop tools and equipment provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay updated with ongoing training
