James makes sure to have everything layed out in a format that I understand and goes into great detail with what work that needs to be done and even offers his recommendation along with his mechanics. The best hospitality that I have found in Fort Collins.

Serviced by Bill Finnegan who did a terrific job. Also noticed some repairs and other servicing that needs to be done but says I can do it over time. Really appreciate the fact that he didn't try to gauge me or pressure me into doing these repairs. I've had that happen at other shops. The staff is very friendly.

My technician is Bill Finnegan and he's just awesome! Explains what's going on; doesn't try to push unnecessary repairs. The shop and the people who work there are very friendly and welcoming.
