My car broke down late night while dropping my daughter off at CSU. Called first thing in the morning (Mike actually answered about 5 minutes before open time) and was told that they would squeeze me into the schedule. I had my car towed to the shop (close to campus) by my insurance company. Issue was an electrical short. Preston was fantastic! He worked his you-know-what off seeking out the source of the problem. After spending considerable time on it, he determined where the short existed, but not the location of the problem. Rather than end-running it and performing the "quick-fix" he spent the time and effort to track down the problem and sent me on my way back home (900+ miles) with the confidence that the issue was truly solved. The owner Pat was also at the shop and was truly concerned about my experience and getting a good result out of the repair. While I hope not to experience any auto problems while traveling in Ft Collins, if I do - I know where I'm taking my car. These guys did good work and I recommend them highly (and given the time spent on the vehicle - it was very reasonably priced too)

This is the best auto repair shop I have ever dealt with - anywhere. Chuck and the crew are SO knowledgable about all vehicles, excellent mechanics and completely trustworthy and honest. My wife and I are retired and volunteer for non-profits, so funds are sometimes tight. They never do more then they need to - but always do all that is needed. 6 stars plus!

Spoke with Manuel's wife. She said the employees at the business serviced her vehicle in a timely manner, checked to make sure everything was done properly and they did a good job.

Got what I would have expected of a competent/sympathetic staff, scheduled me, quick diagnosis, and provide me with a diagnostic report so I could get my truck properly fixed by Doge!

I have taken my older cars to many shops in town, but nobody has the skills to do repair work like Chuck and his team, they are honest, took special interest in my vehicles, and did it all at very fair prices.
