This was an expensive and quite unexpected repair.....painful, but Maztech really treated me right. That included a loaner car for a week, and a price adjustment to my favor which they wouldn't have had to do. Thanks.

I am a woman, who knows little about what makes my car run, but does expect it to when I turn the key. From the greeting area to the completion of the work my car needed, I could not have been more pleased. You have a great competent staff, I felt warm and welcome, and my car seems to be running great. You have a sign somewhere in your office that says something like "we'll keep your car running as long as you want it to". I want mine to run when I can't anymore. When it dies, I hope I do too. I have been bringing both of my GM vehicles to Maztech/Alltech for many years. The quality of service and customer care has always been great. They make every effort to meet my difficult schedule. They make recommendations for future service needs but are always honest about what is immediately needed and minor repairs that can wait. I trust them completely.
